Whenever we handle a visa, passport or document legalisation services, we may collect such personal information as your passport and nationality details, work/family/education background, and other data as required by the issuing authorities, e.g. consulates, passport offices.
We only collect the information that is absolutely required to provide you with the service requested by you.
WHY WE COLLECT THE INFORMATION AND HOW WE USE IT
The information you provide us with when placing an order with us is used for the following purposes:
- Facilitation of the service you require – obtain your visa, passport, legalisation, etc
- Improvement of our service and gaining market insights for marketing purposes
- Notifying you of your order status, visa/passport expiry, changes to the visa policy, updates on our services, whenever a consent to contact is provided
If you do not provide us the required information and/or consent to use it as required, we are not able to facilitate your order in part or fully.
WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH AND WHY
We may share your personal information with the following third parties for the following purposes:
- With consulates/visa centres, courier/logistic companies, invitations/visa approvals providers, translators, solicitors/public notaries/legalisation offices as required to facilitate your order
- With companies that provide services to assist us with our business activities in visa and immigration request execution
- With public authorities as required by law in response to requests for the purpose of national security or law enforcement
- With the person who handles your application on your behalf, when for example a group order is made for a team of applicants or a personal assistant handles your application on your behalf AND they are the ones providing us with the required personal information
In an event we acquire/sell a business unit we may share your personal information stored by the unit for the purposes outlined above in this policy.
WHAT WE WILL NEVER DO TO YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information to any third parties. Additionally, we will not share the information with any third party, except as otherwise set forth in this policy.

You have the right to access the information we hold on you. Due to the sensitivity of the information to be disclosed, we can release such data when at your personal appearance at our office with a valid government issued ID. Once your identity is validated, we will release all the information we hold on you within 30 days including the day of the request.

If you wish us to delete your personal information from our systems, please visit this page on our website. We will erase any data as long as we are legally allowed to according to the laws and the country where we are based.
Once the request is received, we will acknowledge its receipt, we may have to very your identity, we will review the request and either (a) erase your information and notify of that or (b) explain you why we cannot do so.

When placing an order with us you can choose your information not to be used for marketing purposes. Our order forms have relevant options for you to select.
