Russian business visa for a British national
• Passport with at least two blank pages and valid for at least 6 months (how to renew your passport)
• 1 recent passport size photo
• 1 application form*, filled and signed (please click here to fill)
• An official Business Invitation or Authorization from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. (If you do not have one, we can provide it for additional fee)
• Reference Letter from your UK employer or a letter from yourself as self-employed and bank statements for the last three months with a balance of at least £100 per each day of stay

If you stated on the application form that you did not study and/or did not work in the past please provide additional signed letter explaining that.
If you have recently been granted a Russian visa which is valid at the time you are submitting a new application, please send us the passport where the relevant visa is stamped as the Embassy will need to cancel it. Failure to do so will result in delays and possible rejection of your application.
